Healthcare Associate: Moses & Singer LLP, a mid-sized New York City law firm, seeks a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare transactional and regulatory matters to represent a variety of institutional clients such as academic medical centers and health insurers. The Firm's Healthcare practice advises clients on Federal and State regulation in various areas including healthcare privacy, clinical research, payor and provider reimbursement, and on transactions involving provider and payor agreements, healthcare mergers and acquisitions.
