Jeffrey M. Davis is the Co-Chair of the Hotel and Hospitality practice and also serves as a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Securities and M & A practice. Mr. Davis has concentrated his practice in the representation of hotel owners and operators and in a broad range of transactional and financing matters. Mr. Davis' practice has focused upon hospitality law matters including the negotiation of management, technical services, and trademark licensing agreements. Throughout his practice, he has been involved in corporate and securities law matters, including public and private debt and equity financings and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, employment and compensation arrangements, licensing agreements, as well as the formation and operation of partnerships and limited liability companies.
Mr. Davis has extensive experience in representing clients in a broad range of industries. His clients have included hotel operators and owners, advertising and public relations agencies, healthcare entities, media concerns, consumer products companies, telecommunications companies, manufacturers, retailers, and providers of financial services. He also counsels individuals in the creation of new business entities and contractual relationships.
