Jay R. Fialkoff has practiced commercial civil litigation in New York for thirty years.  He represents many owners of New York City real property in complex litigation.  Jay has successfully defended sponsors in disputes with cooperative and condominium boards and has resolved complaints filed with the New York State Office of the Attorney General.  He has also been involved in numerous disputes between partners and has successfully negotiated dissolutions with complex divisions of property.  In addition to litigation involving real property, Jay has also defended brokerage houses in securities arbitrations filed by customers with the NASD.  He has also served as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

Jay is the firm’s Managing Partner, a member of the firm's Management Committee and co-chair of the Litigation Department.  He was also honored with a listing in New York Super Lawyers® as one of the top attorneys in business litigation.
